By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Bite AI does not permit use by persons under 18 years of age.
Your access to and use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
Some features of the Service are available only through a paid subscription or an available balance. You may choose a plan that fits you or top up your coin balance.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you or Bite AI cancel before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription through the payment system used for payment or by contacting Bite AI support.
Payments for the current period are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the already paid period.
Bite AI reserves the right to set usage limits for both free and paid users. Such limits may relate to the frequency, volume, or nature of requests and may change at any time without prior notice.
Exceeding established limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access to the Service.
You agree not to upload content that violates the law or third-party rights, including images of minors, non-consensual sexual content, or hateful material.
Bite AI may remove any content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and maintain a valid method of contact.
Bite AI may change subscription prices and rates at any time. Changes take effect after the end of the current paid period — you will be notified in advance.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new rates.
Except as required by law, all subscription payments and top-ups are non-refundable.
Bite AI may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
